Oh my god! I had my first lucid dream in FOREVER last night :D
It was really confusing because it felt so real and it took me some time before I could figure it out! We were in a grocery store, the whole family (nothing out of the ordinary) with a guy from my math class (not normal, but i didn't notice.) I tried to do ALL my dream checks. Which for those of you who don't know, are questions and things you do in your dream, that help you decide if you are dreaming or not.
So, the first thing I did was ask myself what I have been doing the last ten minutes, because usually in a dream, you do things cannot be possible to do ten minutes ago like "be in england". But ALAS, in this dream, all I had been doing was shopping, there was nothing weird about that, so I honestly felt like this was real life. I was also quite embarrased thinking that, what if I did something stupid, and this is actually real life? People will think I am crazy!
I asked myself if I recognized where I was; I knew I was in a grocery store but I didn't know which one, which is unusual and dream like. So that was one clue.
Then I checked my watch. In a dream, if you ever check the time, and then check the time like 2 seconds later, it will be really differnent, or really trippy and weird. So I checked and it was like 9:40. I checked again and it was like 3:20. Then I checked again and all the dials were fucked up and sutff. So that was another clue.
Soon I realized it was a dream, but I still wasn't 100% convinced because everything and everyone looked so real! So then I went up to the guy from my math class and gave him a hard on?! Lol. I thought about matthew but I figured that because it was a dream, it didn't count ...lol. Bad reasoning. I didn't even do anything to him, i just noticed he was hard.
Then I went around and told people this was a dream. They all thought I was crazy, obviously. I told the baking people at the bakery section. I told her this was ALL a dream. I told my brother and his friend.
No one believed me :D
But it was really cool! I made everything change colours, the whole store turned pink :D and everyone was like...wtf is going on here!
Oh my god, that was COOL!

I got 98% on my chemistry test! YAY. I really don't know about my coming test though! It's really hard! All this equilibrium stuff is not that much fun:/
I had another Math test today. It went well. I am excited to find out what I got!
Who would have thought that there was a mathematician hidden in this tiny little body?! Not me! I was never a "math girl", or so I kept telling myself.
It is extreaaaamly hot today. I am all tanned (like i could get anymore tanned. So annoying) I went to buy some big sheets of white card for the lady who comes and sees me for a dream setting activity tomorrow :) I walked around with it over my head like a roof because it was just that hot and bright and I thought I would die.
I got some nice starbucks after class. YUMMY.
But...coffee makes me sleepy :( Or at least heavy a tleast. I think its the combination of coffee and the heat. I did not have a lucid dream last night. GR. I had problems getting to sleep last night. I was up till like 2 rolling about in bed.
i called Michele today (Singer Michele from Vancouver) not Michele my Michele from Kamloops. We are hanging out with Mike this weekend. I can't wait to see his studio. He has recently painted a painting of a lions face on a 10FT BY 6FT CANVAS. Isn't that crazy?!
We're gonna have dinner :)
Looks like I am "working" this weekend and doing readings down in Vancouver as Michele, Willie and Mike have a big group of people who wanna see me. It sounds silly saying 'working'. If someone asks me what I am doing on the weekend and I am doing readings, I never feel right saying that I am 'working'. It doesn't really feel like a job.Everytime I get paid, it is still always a very pleasant surprise!
But yeah, Michele called me and asked if I was planning on doing any readings this weekend or if it was my "time off". Well, I couldn't resist! So I guess Saturday day time, we will visit Grouse Mountain (or however you spell it), then I i will do numerous readings and then hang out with M & M. I had called Michele a few days prior and I said "Hi. Its Malavika, I'm not sure if you remember me , but I gave you a reading" and she called me back like "REMEMBER YOU? ARE YOU KIDDING ME! YOU GAVE ME THE BEST READING OF MY LIFE" Hehe. She is so cute!
Anyway, in the car:
Dad: Should we get a city view hotel or an ocean view hotel?
M: Uh, probably city
Dad: Why not the ocean view?
M: Because it's Vancouver. It won't be real!
Dad: Malu, we will be facing the real ocean.
M: Yeah but like I said, its vancouver, it will just be a crappy little sea.
*Long silence*
Dad: There is no such thing as a 'crappy little sea'. all seas are big. and very good.
Then on Sunday we're gonna maybe go a few places, and then drive back. I am kind of worried about the hugeeee amount of work I have to do this weekend and how little time I will have to do it :(
